The standard twin room was equipped with basic facilities, including an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff were helpful and pleasant, overall.

The hotel has helpful staff at the front desk, bar, and breakfast area, always ready to assist with a smile. The room is outstanding, modern, and equipped with satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe. The beds are very comfy, and the breakfast is superb.

I really loved the sitaution of the hotel, really just one minute away from the beach. The staff is nice and lovely to the clients.
Our room was too small. I missed a coffee maschine or the equipement for that. And the credit card maschines are old. We had to pay everything in cash!

Easy access,parking,harbour-side location near fish market, restaurants and bars, clean modern facilities.
The mini-invasion of the US artists who rather dominated the hotel lounge and open areas - too loud!

I had a pleasant stay during my business trip; the staff were very friendly. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to Deauville station. the classic king room was well maintained and exceptional. the hotel was right next to Casino Barrière and also near the beach and the boat crossing to Deauville.

Location near Trouville center, market, and beach.
3 main disadvantages: noise, cold staff, and size of superior room. (1) We were put in a room facing the main street, so there was lots of noise throughout the night. On top of that, the windows were very thin, so we could even here birds chirping from the roof. (2) The night staff (one particular woman) was very cold to us. She was not polite and welcoming at all. The morning staff (a man and a young woman) were friendlier. But we often had to communicate to the night woman, so it made our stay quite bothering. (3) We didn't like the size of the room in ratio to the price. We paid 140 euros/ night for the largest room, and it was quite small. I can only imagine how it was in the smaller rooms. I wouldn't go to the hotel again even if it is close to the beach.

This is an absolutely average level hotel. Nothing special in terms of accommodation, food, etc. Good for a short business trip, but not for staying in during the city's "hot" season. It's located right in town's center and this is the only serious advantage. Thank you

This hotel offers a classic king room with a work desk, coffee and tea making machines, and a television, plus it’s in a great location and serves an excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Great location, excellent breakfast with a wide range of food.

Had a COMFORTABLE stay for business trip. The location was marvellous, in the port, and the view was particularly nice, too. I had the classic king room and it was fine. The breakfast was sensational and there was lots of food to choose from.

Helpful, friendly staff. Elevator available. Conveniently placed for beach, restaurants and nice walks in the area.
The hotel had literature saying a restaurant was available all day and in fact it only served breakfast if required. This did not create a problem as plenty of facilities were available but they should remove this from their literature to avoid misunderstandings.

Nicely decorated and clean room with pleasant views, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and satisfactory. Marvellous and brilliant location opposite the casino and good atmosphere.
Rather noisy staff!

I chose this hotel for attending a session and it provided 3 meeting rooms, a work desk, and a safety deposit box. The hotel's facilities and services were satisfactory for both business travelers and tourists.
The only service that I missed for my work was the absence of free internet access.

Good location for touring Normandy and the beaches
Fire alarm sounded at 0245, 8th till switched off after around 30 mins. No obvious plans or discipline or evacuation place/procedure. We waited in lounge and were never given an all clear. Fire services not called. Most unsatisfactory.

Hotel centrally located in Trouville, handy for walks to restaurants, beach, etc. Room facilities very good for price range - mini bar, room safe, tea/coffee making. Comfortable bed.
Bathroom tired although clean and functional. Noise from adjoining rooms general occupation, they weren't noisey neighbours but TVs and doors closing were easily heard. A light sleeper might be disturbed but we were tired enough not to be affected much.
